 Solventborne Solid Acrylic Resin SA-530

  PUR adhesives offer excellent durability, environmental friendliness, and rapid initial curing, making them suitable for high-value-added applications such as electronics manufacturing (such as screen lamination), the automotive industry (such as battery pack sealing), and architectural packaging. Whether bonding metal, plastic, wood, or other materials, polyurethane adhesives provide superior bonding, ensuring product stability and durability.

  The acrylic resin used in PUR adhesives, a key modified component, significantly enhances the adhesive's overall performance through molecular structural design. These adhesives offer high bond strength and excellent impact toughness to withstand dynamic loads; Thermoplastic acrylic resin gives the PUR adhesive excellent chemical stability and weather resistance (such as UV aging and oil resistance) ensure long-term reliability; high transparency makes them suitable for optical precision components; and low volatility meets green manufacturing standards.

Product Description

  SA-530 is solventborne solid acrylic resin, primarily composed of methyl methacrylate polymer, specifically formulated for PUR adhesives. Solventborne solid acrylic resins used in PUR adhesives primarily achieve crosslinking and curing through the reaction of hydroxyl groups (-OH) with isocyanate groups (-NCO).
